Located in southern Bucks County, PA. at the intersection of Route 1 and Interstate 295, the Fairless Hills Towne Center stands out as one of the area’s premier grocery-anchored retail destinations. Comprised of 302,166 square feet of leasable retail, office, and medical space, Larken Associates executed a significant exterior and interior capital improvement plan to modernize the center in 2015. Today, the shopping center’s anchor tenants include Giant, Gabe’s, Party City, and Dollar Tree.
