Larken Associates announces it received 13 Awards of Excellence from the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey (Metro BCA) for Autumn Ridge, its new multifamily rental community in Lopatcong, NJ, at the Metro BCA’s 38th Annual Awards of Excellence event held at Hanover Manor on June 9th, 2022.
Held annually, the Metro BCA’s Awards of Excellence honor Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren and Hunterdon Counties’ most exciting residential communities and the marketing strategies behind their success. This year marks the first time that Larken Associates has been recognized at the Awards of Excellence program and highlights the company’s continued growth into one of the region’s premier multifamily builders, developers and managers.
Strategically located just off Route 57 in Lopatcong, NJ, Autumn Ridge is comprised of 148 garden and garage-style units and a separate age-restricted community with 50 units reserved for active adults aged 55 and up. In recognition of the community’s unique design, it took home top honors as the Community of the Year as well as Best Rental Community Under $2500 per Month, Best Model Home Under $2500 per Month and Best Community Clubhouse. Larken Associates’ marketing for the property was also recognized with awards for Best Signage for a Community, Best Sales Office for a Community, Best Digital Display Ad, Best Community Sales Presentation Video, Best Digital Direct Mail Piece, Best Community Brochure, Best Logo for a Community and Best Color Ad for a Community. Larken Associates’ Susan Livingstone was also honored as the Leasing Consultant of the Year.

Autumn Ridge also took home top honors at the New Jersey Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Awards last fall. The community received the prestigious Grand Award for Community of the Year for a Rental Community with 200 Apartments or Less as well as the award for Best Home in a Rental Community with 200 Apartments or Less. The marketing team also received awards for Best Brochure Using a Corporate Jacket, Best Signage Program for an Attached, Rental or Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community and Best Use of Social Media.
The success at Autumn Ridge highlights the growth of Larken Associates’ Larken Living portfolio and continued excellence in residential real estate development and management. Currently, the Larken Living portfolio is comprised of 23 unique communities totaling approximately 2,600 owned and managed residential units across the northeast.
