Larken Associates announces it has signed retail leases with Hongryong Park Ahn’s Taekwondo for 1,910 square feet and The Druery for 1,044 square feet at Manors Corner Shopping Center, located at 160 Lawrenceville-Pennington Road in Lawrenceville, N.J. The leases bring the commercial property to full occupancy. Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented both tenants in their transactions with Larken Associates, who was represented by Rob Marek, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates.
