Larken Associates Helps International Boxing Federation Expand to Upgraded Office Space in Class-A Office Building
Larken Associates announces it has negotiated a commercial lease for 3,500 square feet of office space with the International Boxing Federation at Echo Executive Plaza located at 899 Mountain Avenue in Springfield, NJ.
The International Boxing Federation is a non-profit corporation based on voluntary membership that aims to assist individuals in obtaining greater efficiency and uniformity in the supervision of professional boxing and is one of four major organizations recognized by the International Boxing Hall of Fame. Located in Echo Executive Plaza since 2010, the International Boxing Federation sought to relocate to a larger office space as they approached the renewal of their lease. Working closely with Larken Associates’ commercial leasing team, the International Boxing Federation was able to negotiate a new lease for a space that was 1,500 square feet larger than their previous space.
