Larken Associates announces it has begun a capital improvement plan at The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit apartment community located at 2035 Patriot Street in York, Pa. The upgrades will add a community pool, outdoor BBQ and new clubhouse to the York County residential community once completed in early 2022.
Acquired by Larken Associates in 2020, The View at Mackenzi is a key piece of the real estate firm’s rapidly growing York County residential portfolio.
