Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has negotiated a commercial lease with Speech Therapy Solutions for 1,557 square feet of build-to-suit office space at Amwell Mall located at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, NJ.
Amwell Mall is a two-story, 35,398-square-foot commercial property with a diverse range of flexible retail, office and medical suites that was fully renovated in 2015. Situated less than a mile from a signalized intersection of Route 206, the property is just seven miles from the Somerville Circle and nine miles from downtown Princeton, providing its tenants with easy access to clients in both regions.

However, the practice sought to relocate to a larger office space that could accommodate for its ongoing growth. Recognizing Amwell Mall’s unmatched combination of adaptability and accessibility, their team worked closely with Rob Marek, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, to negotiate a new lease for a larger space within the same property.
