Larken Associates’ York, PA Luxury, New Construction Multifamily Residential Community Fully Leased Ahead of October Completion

Welcoming its first residents earlier this summer, the community’s final residential buildings and apartments are scheduled for full completion in October 2021.
Located on the site of Larken Associates’ 132-unit The Reserve at Copper Chase, The Oaks at Copper Chase is the latest addition to the Larken Living portfolio of 23 premier multifamily communities spanning over 2,600 units across NJ and PA. Accompanying the new construction rentalsis a series of renovations to enhance and upgrade the existing The Reserve at Copper Chase community and its amenity offerings. The new clubhouse includes a wraparound covered porch, kitchen, pet salon, parcel concierge, lounge/wet bar and library room accessible to all residents of the Copper Chase community. In addition, Larken will be adding a tot lot with sensory-sensitive playground, a bark park and trails for biking and walking to the property.

The Oaks at Copper Chase is the newest member of Larken Associates’ growing York County portfolio. In 2020, the company acquired The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit apartment community located at 2035 Patriot Street in York, PA. With the completion of The Oaks at Copper Chase, Larken Associates will have nearly 500 units under management in York County alone.
