Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has negotiated leases with Legacy Moving and Storage, LLC for 1,500 square feet and Ampericon Holdings, LLC for 1,135 square feet of industrial flex space at Hillsborough Business Center located in Hillsborough, NJ.
With over two decades of industry experience, Legacy Moving and Storage is a leading moving and storage company specializing in local, commercial, and long-distance relocations as well as specialty packing and storage services. Legacy Moving and Storage will be using their new Hillsborough location for office space and flex warehouse space to house its administrative and storage services.
Founded in 2006, Ampericon Holdings is a New Jersey-based energy solutions consulting and implementation company and a leading installer of commercial, residential, and industrial solar panels in the Tri-State area.
