Featuring nearly 12 additional acres of undeveloped land, Larken Associates looked to tap into tremendous demand for luxury residential options in the market by embarking on a strategic expansion and capital improvement project at the site headlined by the addition of The Oaks at Copper Chase. In addition to the new construction component of the project, the firm is also executing a series of renovations to enhance and upgrade The Reserve at Copper Chase and its existing amenity offerings.
