Larken Associates Completes Initial Phase of Development and Welcomes First Residents to New Construction Rentals at Luxury Multifamily Community in York County, PA

Spanning four of the project’s planned 13 buildings, the completion of The Oaks at Copper Chase’s Phase One construction and welcoming of its first residents marks the next chapter in Larken Associates’ value-add project for the Copper Chase site. After acquiring The Reserve at Copper Chase in 2019, Larken Associates recognized that the 132-unit multifamily complex presented a tremendous value-add opportunity for the firm. Featuring nearly 12 additional acres of undeveloped land, Larken Associates looked to tap into tremendous demand for luxury residential options in the market by embarking on a strategic expansion and capital improvement project at the site headlined by the addition of The Oaks at Copper Chase. In addition to the new construction component of the project, the firm is also executing a series of renovations to enhance and upgrade The Reserve at Copper Chase and its existing amenity offerings.
