Larken Associates announces the completion and full occupancy of Autumn Ridge, Warren County’s newest luxury residential community, located at 1500 Hyde Boulevard in Lopatcong, N.J. Beginning construction in 2019, the ten-building, 198-unit project is Larken Associates’ largest and most ambitious multifamily project completed to date.

Strategically located just off of Route 57 in Lopatcong, Autumn Ridge is comprised of Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong, which includes 148 garden and garage-style units, and Horizons at Autumn Ridge, an age-restricted residential building with 50 units reserved for the 55+ active adult community.
