Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, announces that Terence Reilly has joined the company’s senior leadership team in the role of Director of Human Resources.
Reilly brings over 20 years of experience in implementing growth-oriented human resources strategies at a wide range of companies to his new role with Larken Associates. Working closely with Larken Associates’ Chief Operating Officer Lenny Tartamella, Reilly will leverage his proven ability to create and implement employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting and performance management programs to enhance the company’s HR program. Through his data-driven and employee-centric approach, Reilly aims to increase employee engagement and satisfaction. In addition, Reilly will identify opportunities to grow the company’s Larken Cares initiative, which looks for ways to enrich and enhance local communities by growing the corporate culture through a range of charitable giving and volunteer opportunities on local and global levels.
Over the past several years, Larken Associates has bolstered its capabilities and supported its growth with the addition of a number of pivotal hires increasing its staff to over 100. With an eye towards continued expansion, Reilly will ensure that Larken Associates’ HR systems and processes can be assets to the long-term growth of the company.
Over his career, Reilly’s leadership and ability to balance HR needs with operating and financial demands has been trusted by companies across the engineering, construction and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Larken Associates, Reilly served as Vice President of Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for New Enterprise Stone and Lime in New Enterprise, Pa. In addition to New Enterprise Stone and Lime, Reilly was previously led HR departments at Ferreira Construction, Moretrench American Corporation, Panasonic Electric Works of America and Cingular Wireless/Velocita Wireless over the course of his distinguished career.
