After acquiring The Reserve at Copper Chase in 2019, Larken Associates recognized that the 132-unit multifamily complex presented a tremendous value-add opportunity for the firm. Featuring nearly 30 additional acres of undeveloped land, Larken looked to unlock the intrinsic value of the property by embarking on a strategic expansion and capital improvement project at the site headlined by the addition of The Oaks at Copper Chase on 12 of the property’s 30 undeveloped acres. In addition to the new construction component of the project, the firm is also executing a series of renovations to enhance and upgrade The Reserve at Copper Chase and its existing amenity offerings.
Offering one, two and three-bedroom garden and garage-style luxury apartments with private entrances, the addition of The Oaks at Copper Chase will bring exciting new residential rental options to Larken’s Copper Chase property and bolster its status as one of York County’s premier residential communities.
