Larken Associates Welcomes Two New Members to Core Enterprises’ Construction Team
Larken Associates announces the hiring of H. Jordan Guenther as Senior Project Manager and Liam Hanley as Director of Construction Accounting. Guenther and Hanley will be joining Core Enterprises, the in-house real estate services division of Larken Associates.
An industry veteran with nearly 40 years of experience, Guenther brings a diverse and wide-ranging skillset to his new role with Larken Associates. As Senior Project Manager, Guenther will oversee all of Larken Associates’ major residential and commercial real estate construction projects including The Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit multifamily project currently underway in Bordentown, NJ, and Hillsborough Village Center, a 191-unit mixed-use project with 28,000 square feet of retail space for rent under construction in Hillsborough, N.J. Prior to joining Larken Associates, Guenther served as Senior Project Manager with REDCOM Design and Construction. While at REDCOM, Guenther oversaw the construction of Ray Catena Jaguar Land Rover, the largest Jaguar Land Rover dealership in the world, as well as 320 Paterson Plank Road, an 80,000-square-foot industrial building in Carlstadt, and the Yonkers Honda dealership, as well as renovation projects at Salerno Duane Infiniti of Denville and Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs. In addition to his time with REDCOM, Guenther was previously employed at Eastman Companies, Dowel Associates and Iris Construction and Advance Realty Group.
Joining Guenther, Hanley will leverage his two decades of accounting and finance experience in his role as Director of Construction Accounting. Working closely with Larken Associates’ finance and construction teams, Hanley will provide the firm’s leadership with deep insights into the company’s wide range of construction projects as well as ensure timely payment of vendors and contractors. Hanley possesses a strong background in accounting and finance, previously working as Director of Capital Projects for the Archdiocese of New York, Director of Development Accounting for Brookfield Properties, and Senior Accountant for Turner Construction.

Additionally, The Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272 market rate and affordable unit residential community in Bordentown, N.J., and Hillsborough Village Center, a mixed-use project comprised of 191 luxury market rate and affordable apartments with approximately 28,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, each broke ground earlier this year with targeted occupancies in summer of 2021. Joining the creation of these communities, Core Enterprises is also overseeing the construction of The Enclave at Copper Chase, a 107-unit residential complex on the site of the company’s 132-unit The Reserve at Copper Chase residential community in York, Pa. In addition to their work on Larken’s residential pipeline, Core Enterprises is also working closely with Larken’s three-million-square-foot commercial portfolio to complete capital improvement work, turnkey repositioning and redevelopment and tenant fit-outs, as well as preventative maintenance and inspection services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and lighting repairs and seasonal maintenance.
