Larken Associates Signs Commercial Lease to Bring Law Firm to Raritan Crossing in Somerset County, NJ
Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, announces it has signed a new lease with Levinson Axelrod, PA Attorneys at Law for 2,700 square feet at Raritan Crossing located at 90 East Somerset Street, Route 206 South in Raritan, NJ.
Founded in 1939, Levinson Axelrod specializes in personal injury law and prides itself on over 80 years of quality representation for its clients. Since its founding, the family-run firm has grown into a team of over 25 lawyers across nine offices. The firm has called central New Jersey home throughout its entire history but is proud to extend its representation to clients throughout all 21 New Jersey counties.
Due to Larken’s extensive real estate portfolio of flexible retail and office space for lease throughout central New Jersey, Levinson Axelrod tapped Larken Associates’ in-house brokerage division, Raider Realty to assist with their search for a suitable office space for lease to relocate its Hillsborough office. Looking for a highly visible and adaptable space within Somerset County, the firm recognized Larken Associates’ Raritan Crossing offered the prime location and visibility they were searching for to meet their needs.
While this deal was set in motion prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting shutdowns, there were numerous obstacles our team expertly overcame to bring this transaction across the finish line. Not only were we able to adeptly execute the lease deal but we were also able to leverage our design and construction teams to handle the build out of the space.
Centrally located within Somerset County, one of the most prosperous regions in New Jersey, Raritan Crossing is a 62,955-square-foot, three-building retail center that serves the Bridgewater, Somerville, and Raritan markets. Situated on the heavily traveled Route 206 in Raritan, NJ, the site sees an average of 35,000 vehicles pass by daily. In addition to the center’s ideal location, its proximity to Routes 202 and 22 as well as Interstates 78 and 287 it also offers easy accessibility from every direction.
