Larken Associates Negotiates Commercial Lease for Medical Office Space in Parsippany, NJ
Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial real estate and residential building, development and management, announces it has negotiated a lease with North Jersey Dermatology Center for 1,343 square feet of medical office space at Parsippany Commons located at 3219 Route 46 East in Parsippany, N.J.
Parsippany Commons is a three-story building offering over 54,000 square feet of medical, dental, and professional office space for lease. Units start at 1,212 square feet and feature a wide range of configurations making the commercial property highly flexible and able to cater to a variety of tenants. Parsippany Commons’ distinct atrium windows span the entire facade of the building providing tenants with an abundance of natural light creating an open and airy interior throughout the building. With the goal of further enhancing the building’s tenant and visitor experience, Larken Associates completed a full exterior and interior renovation project in 2019 that modernized the main lobby and hallways, upgraded lighting, and installed a Kalwall, a two-story signature window and ceiling feature. Established in 1992, North Jersey Dermatology Center has become one of New Jersey’s leading providers of dermatologic care including, skin cancer surgery, laser surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. Their lease at Parsippany marks their fourth location, joining their Rockaway, Clifton, and Newfoundland offices. North Jersey Dermatology Center worked closely with Core Enterprises, Larken’s in-house design and construction team, as well as Hillsborough, N.J.-based Cerminara Architects to design and execute the buildout of their new, welcoming office.
