Larken Associates Breaks Ground on Second Phase of Multifamily Real Estate Complex in York County, PA
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, has broken ground on The Oaks at Copper Chase, a brand-new construction project located on the site of The Reserve at Copper Chase at 3145 Honey Run Drive in York, PA. The Oaks at Copper Chase will be made up of 107 residential rental units and a brand-new clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center. As an additional component of the second phase of construction, Larken Associates will also be renovating the existing on-site pool and lounge as well as replacing roofing and making general exterior repairs to the 132 residential rental apartments in The Reserve at Copper Chase pet-friendly community.

Acquired by Larken in 2019, The Reserve at Copper Chase is a 132-unit multifamily complex spread across nearly 30 acres located just outside of downtown York, PA. With the construction of The Enclave at Copper Chase, Larken Associates will enhance the existing community through the addition of 107 garage-style apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments that include private entrances and modern fixtures. The new clubhouse and gym will include a wraparound covered porch, kitchen, pet salon, parcel concierge, an entertainment and game room with a fireplace, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The project marks the latest expansion of Larken Associates’ York County portfolio. Recently, the company acquired The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit apartment rental community located at 2035 Patriot Street in York, PA. With the completion of The Oaks at Copper Chase, Larken Associates will have nearly 500 units under management in York County alone.
