Primus Green Energy renewed 34,388 sf (+/-) of warehouse space at Hillsborough Business Center in Somerset County, NJ. Primus Green Energy is a global leader in the small-scale conversion of natural gas to methanol or gasoline. Based in Houston, TX, the company houses research and development facilities in the garden state. The deal was negotiated through Robert Marek, our Executive Vice President of Raider Realty.

Hillsborough Business Center offers 550,000 sf (+/-) of warehouse space for lease on 100 acres in the bustling business and residential community of Hillsborough, NJ. Each of the 27 buildings at Hillsborough Business Center has its own signature look and appeal, featuring general industrial zoning allowing for flex space usage.
