Since then, two major outparcel expansions have been completed at Tilghman Square, first for Univest Bank in 2013, then for Moe’s Southwest Grill and Jamba Juice in 2015. Now, at more than 248,000 square feet of retail, medical and office space, Tilghman Square has everything customers could ask for in one convenient location.

Several tenants renewed their leases with Larken Associates in 2017. Goodwill Fashions, Sherwin Williams and PNC Bank re-signed for more than 21,000 square feet combined, leaving just one opportunity for lease at 1,600 square feet of retail.
Current retail and restaurant tenants include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Red Robin, Wendy’s, PNC Bank, New Vision Theatres and Tiger Schulmann’s Karate. Anchor tenants include Staples, Planet Fitness, Grocery Outlet, Goodwill Fashions, Petco and Harbor Freight Tools.
