Larken Associates Eases Closing Costs at Two Warren County Properties Nov. 15-Jan. 1
Today through Jan. 1, 2016, Larken Associates will pay up to $5,000 towards closing costs on certain models within the communities at its two Warren County properties: Belview Estates luxury new construction homes and Horizons at Delaware Crossing 55+ Active Adult Community.
At Delaware Crossing there are currently three ranch-style homes, and one two-story home available for sale. All available luxury 55+ homes feature upgraded gourmet kitchens with full appliance packages including washer, dryer and microwave, master bedrooms with box ceilings and walk-in closets and master baths with soaking tubs and separate showers. Each of these active adult homes have two car garages and 12’ x 10’ walk-out patios, and the two-story features a second floor bedroom and full bath, extra storage space and a convenient office/loft area. *Also, the builder is offering an upgrade incentive with each of these homes!
