They have also donated space to the Hillsborough Rotary Club.
“We operate as a completely volunteer organization, soliciting donations and building over 200 baskets for our annual Ribbons of Hope fundraiser,” stated Dance for the Cure Co-Founder Joanne Liscovitz. “By donating the work space, Larken has reduced our overhead cost significantly, enabling us to help hundreds of cancer survivors and their families in our area.”
“After school sports programs provide invaluable lessons to children about self-esteem, team work, and personal health,” said Mary Riccardi, Program Coordinator for the Hillsborough Junior Raiders. “The donated space frees up more funds that we can dedicate to equipment and instructors for children who join our programs every year.”
