Larken Associates’ New Lab-Inc. Meets Central Jersey Demand for Lab Space at Hillsborough Business Center

Larken Associates is responding to market demand for fully built out lab space by speculatively converting Building 1 at its Hillsborough Business Center into Lab-Inc., a series of turn-key units from 1,500 to 6,000 square feet.

The new Lab-Inc. spaces are appointed with laboratory grade metal cabinets with epoxy resin tops, and bypass fume hoods with utility hook-ups. Each unit has separate utilities, entrances and bathrooms, and the building has a full wet sprinkler system throughout with central station monitoring. Additionally, the building’s light industrial zoning provides for multiple permitted uses such as office, lab, research and development, warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing and assembly. There is currently one 1,315 square foot unit available for immediate occupancy.
